 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any federal claims shall be governed by applicable federal law. 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Mandatory Good Faith Resolution Before initiating formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.

Binding Arbitration Except for matters eligible for small claims court, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Burlington County, New Jersey, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Small Claims Exception Either party may pursue claims within the jurisdictional limits of a New Jersey Small Claims Court.

Class Action Waiver To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes shall be brought only in an individual capacity. Customers waive any right to participate in class actions, consolidated actions, or representative proceedings.

SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the Company regarding purchases, products, services, and website use.

CHANGES TO TERMS The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our websites, services, or products constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
